Appearance As a human, Jayvyn has emerald-brown eyes, shoulder length hair that fades from dark brown at the end-to light brown-to a blondish brown; her hair is layered and falls over her left eye slightly, she often makes it look messy-like bed or sex hair, she has a cute round face, somewhat full lips and big bright eyes. Her build is average, with a weight of 130 and a tone build. She has B cup breasts and her saying always goes- anything over a mouth full is a waste! Jayv thinks that's funny, but she is still a virgin so don't get her wrong. Back on track, Jayv usually wears baggy canvas type pants or shorts that go a smidge past her knees along with muscle tanks and t-shirts that express her personality(her favorite shirt has a forest running from a bulldozer and it says run forest, run!). Then again, Jayv can be caught wandering the woods in her birth day suite pretty often...so much so that she has been arrested three times for public indecency in this past year. Sadly going commando wont draw her dream mate out any faster than it drives out the cops. Oh, and Jayv doesn't like shoes, she prefers funny or cool socks or just going bear foot. She also wears a lot of jewelry, mainly bracelets and necklaces. She always has feather earrings and a star earring on the top of her right ear. On her right shoulder she also has a star shaped birth mark that's the size of a half dollar coin.

Now, fus are dominantly dog-like in appearance, they have some characteristics of lions, most notably their manes and the fact that they growl and roar, but don't bark or howl. But in Jayv's case she has all four options to voice how she feels. Fu dogs have a wide variety of color and type like coat pattern, wavy/strait mane, presence of horns, build, size, etc. , so much so that there's never been a documented case of two completely identical fus. Jayvyn looks more like a wolf in the face and the build than a fu dog. Though she does have small tufts of fur on her elbows, a short main down her back and hints of curls on her tail that is characteristic of fu dogs. Jayvn also has the same tooth structure as a fu except the canines don't protrude out her mouth. She has retractable claws like a large cat, the emerald in her eyes take on a green glow and her pupils are slit. Her coat is a chocolate brown with a few darker spots on her rump. Her main isn't darker or lighter, it is the same color as the rest of her body with only a few hints of light brown that bunches at her shoulders and goes down her back to meet with her tail. Her tail is colored and splotched like a coyote, which adds great contrast to the rest of her chocolate body. The star birth mark on her right shoulder also turns the same color as her tail and all jewelry she wears usually stays on as she shifts. Basically, she looks more like a wolf with only slight hints of fu in her. It's the same way in her were form too, the only difference is she stands 6' instead of her human 5'2'' and her quads 3'.

Weapon Jayv isn't big on fighting, even though that conflicts with her aggressive attitude. She is partial to swords, especially katanas but she has little knowledge in using one. So when Jayv is feeling fightful she mainly sticks to what mother nature gave her, tooth and claw. Maybe the occasional novice sword slinging if one is around.

Personallity Jayv is very loving, playful, very outgoing and highly curious about all things under the moon.She can be ditsy, smug, shy and highly aggressive at her worst. Jayv also tends to be very vengeful and she does hold grudges. Jayv is a nature lover and doesn't mind nudity at all since she is so down to earth.
Her fu dog heritage also has an impact on her personality since fu's tend to be very protective spirits. Originally, fu dogs protect buildings, usually temples or places of historic importance. But since Jayv isn't full fu and also has a twist of wolf in her, she is more of a free spirit and rather than protecting buildings, she is obsessively protective of loved ones and mother earth.

Love When it comes to love, Jayv loves love! The idea of it, the science of it, everything. It has grown into an obsession over her many years roaming the world. She has studied couples and how different races love. Since she has never found another like herself, she took to studying how Lupines love. Fu dogs are few and far between, and even though they protect in pairs, they seldom love their work companion. Fu dogs spend so much time protecting that they have no time to love, which is ironic since they can live for centuries. Jayv thanks mother earth that she isn't a pure fu, she would go crazy spending her whole life guarding a building.

Lupines believe that there is one true, destined mate for everyone. It may take years to find them and many companions before they appear but it is a definite attraction. One so strong that they two mates cant stand to be apart. Most pairings start out as love, hate situations since the Lupines take the true love thing so seriously. The two mates feel attraction to each other but they deny it and test it until they find out how true it is. Most mates take to the attraction immediately, whereas others are more hesitant and deny the feeling. Thats where the mark comes in, the Lupine mate that believes the attraction more ends up marking their hesitant mate with a bite to the neck that can last longer than the usual hickey, sometimes months. The mark stays long enough to let the marked mate come to terms and realize their destined love, after that the mark fades but still lasts beneath the skin. Aside from the mark, the minute the two lovers mate, they take on each others scents and once that is done there is no going back.

So, as you can tell, Jayvyn is crazy over the idea of love, and she strongly believes in the Lupine's way, not only because she is half Lupe but because the idea is more romantic and primal in every way. Jayv is still waiting for that one destined mate to show, she has spent years looking and still has years before her to find him.

Weaknesses Jayvyn tends to be partial to habitat and species destruction, due to the urge to protect. So if you were to hold an innocent puppy hostage against her, more than less likely she will beg for mercy...but only after trying to give her all to save it. Along with being the sensitive hippie that she is, Jayv does have a serious weakness that comes from the magic blood she gets from being fu and most faes have the same weakness as well; cold iron is fatal to her.

History After a few centuries of wars and watching civilizations change and grow, Jayvyn has little interests in remembering the past. She rather stick to the future that lies long and vast before her due to her longevity. Her father was a pure Fu spirit and her mother was a Lupine. Unfortunately that's all Jayv remembers of them since she was lost at a young age and left to grow off the chinese wilderness. Or at least she thinks it was china, the only images of her old home are nothing but vast bamboo forests and the misty, enchanted air around it. What little she does recall from her youth with her parents is that they lived in futal times, times when humans first learned of the beasts living beside them that they feared. She believes that her parents were killed sometime after she was lost, if not then they would have found her. But it has been decades since the incident.

Powers The wolf and fu dog bloodlines play a big part on her powers, which are not much. Fu dogs. unlike other spirits, can fly without feeling any gravitational pull from the earth. So if she wanted to, she could fly in any form, but she tends to appear as normal as she can and being somewhat afraid of heights doesn't help too. The fu blood also gives her a bit of longevity; she appears to be around 18 to 25 but she is actually a bit older than that, sad part is, she just stopped counting. Aside from the fu blood, the wolf blood gives her a few more gifts like mind speak, heightened senses, a power boost of strength, night vision and the ability to heal most wounds.
